Membership in the Lions Club is one of the most rewarding and fun experiences you’ll ever have. You’ll join your fellow citizens of Coppell, as we strive to make our community a better place to live. You’ll also help us serve the underprivileged and strengthen neighborhoods and take an active part in shaping our children’s future, while supporting programs state-wide for their academic and physical development.
We’re pleased that you’re interested in becoming a member of the Coppell Lions. Some of our recent projects are:
- working with local schools in providing vision assistance to children of all ages
- collection of new and gently used books for area libraries
- collection and distribution of donated food and non-perishable items for local area pantries
- support of community organizations in Coppell
- working with area leaders to provide human resources to fulfill community needs
The Coppell Lions welcome you to be a part of the oldest service organization in the world and help us serve the people of Coppell, the North Texas area, and the entire state.
To join the Lions Club of Coppell, is simple. Go to our Contact Page, fill out some basic information, and send it to us. One of our members will contact you and invite you to an upcoming meeting. As our guest, you’ll get a first hand view of the programs we support, the business we attend and some all around good fun. We’ll also give you the opportunity to associate with a sponsor, and take the first steps on the road to Lionism.
The Coppell Lions meet every first and third Monday at 7:00pm in the Rotunda of First United Methodist Church at the corner of Heartz and Bethel School Road. Park in the northern most parking lot of the Main campus (not the Ministry Center) and look for our signs near the glass double doors. We hope to see you there soon as you help us serve your Home Community in Coppell.
